Shout out to Johnson and Son! Each time I have taken my vehicles in, I have appreciated the customer service and care they have provided. Definitely will continue to use these guys for my vehicle issues.

I want to give credit and a heartfelt thank you for quality car service,honesty and integrity I received while getting new tires and rear brakes at Goodyear Tire and auto service in Monroe today. Several months ago I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube in Duvall. We have been going there for years and I thought I was getting good honest service and they’ve also had female employees so I was supporting that as well. At my a previous oil change this summer, I was told that my rear brakes were going to need to be done soon. So, as I knew my tires also needed to be replaced I started getting quotes and recommdations. Tire only quote from Costco, $1200.00, Les Schwab Tires for $1200.00 with a 50,000 mile warranty, rear brakes approximately $600.00 worse case scenario. Goodyear in Monroe, $1000.00 for tires and 60,000 mile warranty with free rotations while I own them and rear brakes at just under $300.00 or worst case about $600.00 if the rotors needed work or replacement. Tires were for all weather with snow rating for AWD SUV. To my surprise (and delight) the service manager Jack asked me, who told you you needed rear brakes? I told him at my oil change this summer. He then proceeded to tell me it was not needed and my brakes are in good condition. They have just gotten a customer for all my car needs. I can not tell you how many times I have been taken advantage of when it comes to car service and purchase. It is disappointing that so many car service providers rip off women. As I was leaving a gentleman in the waiting room said to me, I couldn’t help but overhear what just happened and he said he has been coming to this shop for over 40 years, his wife and daughter have always been taken care of with honesty. I said I would be sharing all over social media my experience. Thank you Goodyear Tire and Auto Service in Monroe. I am so pleased to have had this experience and will tell everyone I know about your shop. Jack the service manager was great, and as I did not get the mechanics name, I appreciate your integrity and honesty.

I highly recommend Monroe Tire. I spoke to Jess and she was very helpful and def an expert at tires and brakes! i ended up purchasing the Goodyear MT-kevlar for my truck and i absolutely love them!

I think I hit the parker stopper aka curby doodad and had dislodged something of unknown importance....pulled in with said car part dangling & they popped it back in for me no charge!! Thanks
